My fear of flying was keeping me from enjoying travel. I found Flight Deck and it changed everything for me. I used the cards to get through my main trigger-turbulence-and it really worked for me. It calmed me down and grounded me during the flight. I no longer dread flying and if I find myself ever getting nervous, I pull them out and go through the deck. I’ve even loaned it to another nervous fellow passenger. It really works!

I first heard about Flight Deck Fear of flying Flashcards when Brian appeared on the Lovefly Podcast. I've had a fear of flying for about 20 years. I didn't fly for 10 of those but since 2014 slowly started to fly more but just cried/panicked my way through the flight. Since last year I have been a bit better since educating myself more about flying. When I heard about Flight Deck Fear of Flying Flashcards I thought what an amazing idea and had to order them straight away! I've put them to use today for the first time and I was so chill.
